With over 25 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, our founder Andre Harrison is a seasoned business executive, attorney, and employee and labor relations expert.
During his career Andre has been responsible for more than 500 collective bargaining agreements across the US and Canada. He has managed nationwide campaigns across multiple industries, decertifications, neutrality agreements, and strikes. Additionally, he has represented his clients in state and Federal EEOC matters, mediations, and arbitrations. He also provides management of NLRB matters, direct employee communication material, and labor training for all levels of leaders.
Prior to founding UnionWise, Andre held leadership roles with several top Fortune companies such as Starbucks, Amazon, CVS Health, Chrysler, Ford, and John Deere. A US Army veteran, Andre earned his JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and was an attorney with Littler Mendelson.
